Practice Setting

• Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults
• Adult-only patient population
• Supported by RNs, MAs, and office staff
• iKnowMed charting system

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed 12–1 p.m.)
• Fridays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Minimum two weeks per month, full-time preferred
• Ongoing coverage beginning this fal

Cases and Procedures

• General Hematology and Oncology cases
• Clinic-based care with limited hospital consults
• High-volume clinic environment

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
• Active Arizona license or IMLC Letter of Qualification
• BLS certification
