Medical Oncology Physician Opportunity to Join Established Practice in Connecticut

Hematology/Oncology | Suburban Connecticut | No Overnight Call



A physician-led multi-specialty group in suburban Connecticut is expanding its Hematology/Oncology team. These are outpatient-focused roles with comprehensive on-site cancer services, strong APP support, and a compensation structure that rewards growth.

Practice Details

• Outpatient-focused positions in new multi-specialty medical centers
• On-site imaging, infusion, radiation oncology, and diagnostic labs
• Team-based care model with experienced APPs
• Active research department with tumor board participation
• No overnight call required

Schedule

• Monday through Friday with a 32/8 option — four clinical days and one admin day
• Evening pager call once per week, weekend call every fourth weekend
• Rotation covers outpatient clinic, hospital, and ED consults
• Call structure expected to lighten as the team grows

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed first-year income of $350,000 to $400,000+
• Average annual compensation of $675,000 to $800,000+ with uncapped RVU upside
• 30 days PTO, CME, 401(k) match, and malpractice with tail
