Outpatient Hematology and Oncology assignment in New Orleans with temp privileges and fall blocks still open.

Highlights

• Minimum 2 weeks per month; full-time option also available
• 1 to 2 physicians will split the schedule; blocks extend through the year
• Start as early as next month; 30-day credentialing with temp privileges

Practice Setting

• Outpatient cancer center in New Orleans
• 40 percent Hematology and 60 percent Oncology
• APPs manage inpatient; MDs focus on outpatient only
• Primary site is Tuoro; occasional shifts at a second clinic nearby

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Light call, 1 in 6 weekly
• 2-week minimum commitment preferred

Cases and Procedures

• Adults only; no bone marrow transplant or CAR-T
• Average 20 patients per day
• Epic charting experience required

Requirements

• Board Certified in Hematology, Oncology, or both
• Active Louisiana license or IMLC eligible
• BLS and DEA required
• Must have current Epic experience

Travel Accommodations

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage fully reimbursed
