The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) collaborates with physicians to provide high-quality patient care, education, and support for oncology and hematology patients.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Master's degree in Nursing or post-master's Nurse Practitioner certificate (NP candidates)
• 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred
• Current Florida NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• National certification through AANP, ANCC, ONCC, or NCCPA/PANCE
• Current BLS certification

• Fiscal skills to monitor and control costs and revenue.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while performing duties is essential.
