Aspects of this position include:

• M-F, 8a-5p, No Weekends
• No Call
• Office located on hospital campus with hospital lab and pharmacy on site
• Head/neck/lung cancer nurse navigator, LCSW, case manager, and oncology nutritionist on site
• Genetic counselor shared with sister facility in nearby Harrisonburg
• Radiation therapy on site
• 10-15 patients per day
