Located in Fort Wayne, IN -- Join an established service line providing exceptional care.

Practice Details:
- Palliative care - Monday through Friday.
- Manageable patient workload seeing 10-12 per day.
- Work alongside two other physicians with an extended network of 6 palliative medicine physicians.
- 1:3 call. Phone only, this team has a very low call burden. Physicians are rarely called.
- Applicants must be board-certified in Palliative Care. Fellowship preferred in most cases.
- Leadership track within this well-established service line that will continue to grow.
- EPIC EMR

Compensation:
- Base pay ranging from $270,000 to $290,000 yearly.
- A dual-trained physician in Medical Oncology and Palliative care can earn more. This is not required.
- Health, Dental, Vision Benefits. Life Insurance.
- Education Reimbursement or PSLF
