Hospice & Palliative Care Physician Job | BJC HealthCare

Missouri Baptist Medical Center, a nationally recognized community hospital and member of BJC HealthCare, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospice & Palliative Care Physician to join an established inpatient palliative care program in St. Louis, Missouri.

This opportunity is ideal for a physician who is passionate about palliative medicine, hospice care, resident education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Candidates will have the opportunity to actively teach Internal Medicine residents, lead complex goals-of-care discussions, and help advance the future of Hospice & Palliative Care services within one of the Midwest's premier healthcare systems.

This position is available due to a planned physician retirement, providing the rare opportunity to step into a well-established practice with strong referral patterns, exceptional continuity, and immediate impact.

Ideal Candidate

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
  • Eligibility for Missouri medical licensure
