  • Medical Director Hospitalist Team: Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is looking for a Medical Director for the Hospitalist Team to join our JHCP at Howard County Medical Center in Columbia, Maryland.     Place your passion to care towards our role as the Medical Director of the Hospitalist Team where you will be responsible for providing the exceptional quality of in-patient care to our patients and leadership to the team. Comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, Malpractice and Tail Malpractice coverage, CME support, Professional fee support, Dependent Tuition benefit, Tuition support, 403b, etc.

    Mostly days, some nights, weekends, holidays.

    Required:

    Unrestricted Medical License in Maryland

    Board eligible or certified in Internal Medicine

    CPR Certification required (AHA and RQI CPR)

    Preferred:

    Leadership experience: managing a large hospitalist/nocturnist team

    Leadership experience collaborating with Hospital Leadership

    Experience with RVU model, budgeting, staffing

    Strong and effective communication skills

    Strong change management and problem-solving skills

    Scheduling experience, with Q-Genda

    Data analysis
