• 7 on/7 off block schedule
• Day shifts only 7 am - 7 pm
• No nights as APPs cover
• Patient census 13 - 18
• No procedures required (can do them only if you want to)
• Open ICU with intensivist support
• Open to IM or FM physicians available now or 2026 residents
