BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a Teaching Hospitalist position in St. Louis, Missouri at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, the largest community-based hospital within BJC Medical Group.

Hospitalist Job Highlights

• Teaching Hospitalist position with resident education responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor two residents
• Maximum census of 7 patients per resident
• 7 AM to 7 PM schedule
• Closed 30-bed ICU

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
• Previous teaching experience preferred
• 2 to 5 years of Hospital Medicine experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000 base salary
• $30,000 sign-on bonus
• $100,000 student loan repayment

The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing Specialty to the best of physician's ability through direct patient care and spend additional time as necessary to perform other related duties such as completing medical records, providing MyChart consultations and inbasket management, conducting patient-specific education and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.
