Med Hospitalist (Physician) Loudoun

Inova Loudoun Hospitalist Division is looking for dedicated Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN providers to join the team. Sign on bonus eligible.

Med Hospitalist Job Responsibilities:

• The Hospitalist will provide direct hands-on care to patients within the limits of credentials granted by the Medical Staff of Inova in recognition of advanced training and experience in this field
• Additionally, they will adhere to patient care and admission criteria policies and procedures of the Department of Medicine.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine degree or Doctor of Osteopathic degree from an accredited institution, Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
• Experience: Successful completion of an ACGME physician internal medicine or family medicine residency program
• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia and Virginia DEA
• Payor Credentialing: Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enrolled as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
• Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience in hospital medicine
• Completion of ACGME Physician Internal Medicine Residency Program
