OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is seeking an experienced OB Hospitalist Site Director to lead our growing program at DMC Huron Valley–Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township, MI. This is a leadership opportunity ideal for a physician who is passionate about clinical excellence, team leadership, and operational performance.
As a Site Director, you will play a dual clinical and administrative role, ensuring the program meets clinical, operational, and financial goals while guiding and supporting the OB hospitalist team.

- $30,000 annual stipend fund

- Work five (5) or more OB Hospitalist shifts per month
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to the on-site OB hospitalist team
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Director of Operations
- Ensure achievement of clinical quality, patient safety, and operational benchmarks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders
- Travel occasionally to address program and operational priorities as needed

The Harris Birthing Center at DMC Huron Valley–Sinai Hospital offers a highly personalized maternity experience with 22 all-private birthing suites. The center is recognized as a Level II Maternal Care Verified Facility by The Joint Commission, equipped to care for routine and moderately high-risk pregnancies.
The hospital provides 24/7 on-site OB hospitalists, anesthesiology, neonatology, and maternal–fetal medicine support. Postpartum services include lactation support, pelvic health care, and newborn screenings. Babies requiring advanced care have access to the Level IV NICU at Children’s Hospital of Michigan.
This is a new OBHG program, adding impact to approximately 805 annual deliveries in the community.
