OB Hospitalist Locum - PRN - High Volume OB

A Minnesota health system is seeking experienced OB Hospitalists for ongoing coverage at high-volume obstetrical facilities with strong Maternal Fetal Medicine support. Providers must be comfortable managing high-risk pregnancies and obstetrical emergencies in a collaborative hospital-based setting.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing
• Shift Schedule: 24-hour in-house hospital call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
• Facility can accommodate providers preferring 12-hour shifts
• Emergency temporary privileges available for providers with clean files

Clinical Environment

• Approximately 11–12 deliveries per day
• Level II nursery
• 24/7 access to Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists
• MFM onsite during daytime hours
• MFM on-call overnight

Requirements

• Board Certified OB/GYN
• BLS certification required
• Must have Trauma Level I or II experience
• Minnesota license highly preferred
  • If no MN license, IMLC is required
• Open to strong OB generalists interested in high-risk OB with full MFM support
