Neonatologist Opportunity — Join Our Established Team in Historic Pennington, NJ
Responsibilities
Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell, located in beautiful Pennington, NJ, is seeking an experienced neonatologist to join our well-established team of six physicians. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, high‑quality environment within a thriving regional perinatal center.
Position Highlights
- 30-bed Level III NICU and regional perinatal center with an average daily census of 17
- Approximately 3,700 deliveries and 400+ NICU admissions annually
- Flexible schedule including a combination of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts, with backup call from home
- Advanced services including HFOV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
- Teaching involvement with observational learners currently on site; Family Medicine residents began NICU rotations in 2023, with an OB/GYN residency program planned
