• Full-scope ID care, including inpatient consults, LTACH coverage, and outpatient services
• Outpatient services include general ID, HIV, Hepatitis C, travel medicine, infusion, and wound care
• Two active clinic locations with a new St. Petersburg facility planned
• Collegial team structure with flexibility in practice style

### Schedule

• Majority inpatient focus with one to two outpatient clinic days weekly
• Patient volume adjusted based on physician comfort and workflow
• Flexible call schedule determined collaboratively within the group
• Balanced mix of hospital and clinic work for professional variety

### Compensation & Ownership

• Multiple compensation structures, including income guarantee with uncapped upside, base plus production, or profit-sharing
• Ownership opportunity available after year two
• Relocation assistance is considered on a case-by-case basis

### Candidate Profile

• MD or DO, Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Comfortable managing inpatient ID volume with outpatient continuity
• Teaching interest welcomed but not required
• No J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
