Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician

Overview

Pediatrix has an exciting oppotunity for a per diem, experienced, Board Certfied Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to cover at our Atlanta MFM practice Responsibilities

• Per diem coverage would be for our outpatient offices, and would include minimal inpatient rounding. Night/weekend call coverage are available.
• Our providers see an average of 15-20 patients a day, depending on mix of new and established patients.
• Each office has front office, medical assistants, and sonographer team. We also have an APP at each office with the physician.
• The practice has 6 full-time sonographers – staff 2 for each office (2 sonographers per MD)
• The office utilizes NextGen EMR. The hospitals for rounding all utilize EPIC.
• The practice covers three offices in the South and Southeast suburbs of Atlanta, GA. Provider would be assigned to one of the offices based off of need.

Qualifications

• GA license or active IMLC required
• Board Certification in Maternal fetal Medicine with recent experience required
