We’re looking for a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join our well-supported team just 20 minutes outside of Omaha. This is a flexible, full-time outpatient role offering excellent work-life balance, strong financial incentives, and no call responsibilities.
### Position Highlights
- Flexible Schedule: Consistent 4-day work week
- Dedicated Support: Work alongside your own MA or RN
- Outpatient Only: Care for patients of all ages (primarily adults) with a reasonable panel of 18–20 per day
- No Call: Focus on patient care during clinic hours only
- Modern Technology: EPIC EMR for streamlined charting
### Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $321,000 starting, with growth potential
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
