Physician - Section Head, Hepatobiliary Surgery - Royal Oak

**Job Summary:**

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital is seeking a full-time Hepatobiliary Surgeon who will serve as Section Head. This position has oversight of all qualified Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) surgeons and program. Is responsible for planning, organizing, conducting, and directing all HPB activities and for meeting external agency requirements. Enforces the rules and regulations of the HPB service to provide safe and quality health care to patients in all phases of HPB treatment.

Qualifications

• HPB Certification via accredited fellowship pathway (preferred)
• LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
