Elevate Neonatal Care: Experienced NNP Opportunity

Are you a highly experienced and board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) looking for a fulfilling role within a renowned practice? Pediatrix Medical Group invites you to join their well-established team of 30 years at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare in sunny Florida!

This is an exceptional chance to become part of a multi-specialty team dedicated to family-centered, quality healthcare. You'll work alongside neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric hospitalists in a Level-III NICU. This 34-bed unit, the only one of its kind in the area, has an average daily census of 25 and supports 3,500 annual deliveries, handling high-risk moms and critically ill or premature infants.

Our practice is supported by a comprehensive array of specialists, including pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics. You'll thrive in a friendly, professional atmosphere with outstanding nurses and ancillary services, including a PICC team and a full-time child life specialist. Transport services from other regional hospitals are also covered by our dedicated neonatal nurse and respiratory therapist team.

Your schedule will include a mix of 8-hour and 24-hour shifts, providing diverse experience and continuity of care.

We are seeking a highly skilled NNP with significant experience to contribute to our dynamic team.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree (minimum) or Doctorate in Nursing.
• NNP - Board Certified (we cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications).
• Florida License (or willing to obtain).
• Current 2+ years of employment experience as an NNP (not including RN experience). Please highlight this in your application!
• Clean Malpractice History (highly preferred).
