We are actively seeking a dedicated Nephrologist to join our esteemed team and play a pivotal role in a well-established multi-specialty practice near vibrant Pennsylvania communities.

Join an independent, multi-specialty practice boasting over 100 dedicated employees including 10 employed MDs, and a variety of specialties. Our affiliation with a 170-bed acute care facility ensures a comprehensive healthcare network, making a significant impact in the community we serve.

Practice Details:

You will be responsible for maintaining and building a full scope nephrology practice, encompassing both outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, along with Medical Directorship at a reputable dialysis site.

Clinical Schedule:

• Flexible 4.5-day work week with a fixed half day, allowing for clinic, hospital rounds, and consults as per your preference.
• One week per month dedicated to a dialysis site, ensuring comprehensive nephrology care.

Practice Infrastructure:

• Modern medical office space, fully equipped with private physician offices, and a range of onsite medical facilities ensuring efficient practice operations.

Medical Director Role:

• Play a critical role in overseeing the Nephrology department, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• First-Year Compensation: Competitive $220K annual salary, negotiable around 10-15K.
• Income Potential: $235K - $275K with attractive productivity bonuses upon partnership.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including Malpractice Coverage, Retirement Plans, PTO, CME allowance, Health Insurance for the physician and family, and more.
• Relocation/Sign-On Bonus: Relocation assistance and a $30K Sign-On bonus offered, subject to a 5-year commitment.

• MD/DO, AMG/FMG, BC Internal Medicine, BC/BE Nephrology.
