Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
- ASAP - Ongoing coverage still available.
Procedures and Cases
- Inpatient/outpatient dialysis.
- CCRT cases.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Pediatric Nephrology.
- BLS certification.
- South Carolina state licensure required.
- Patient ages: Birth-18.
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing timeframe is ~90 days.
