Practice Setting
- Outpatient-only clinic
- Three beds in the department
- Collaborative environment with 1 RN, 3 MAs, and 8 office staff
- Facility is a stroke-certified hospital
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Optional Saturday hours
- No after-hours or hospital call coverage required
- Flexible schedule based on your availability
Procedures and Cases
- EEG (Electroencephalogram) and EMG (Electromyogram) testing only
- NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity) tests
- No general neurology
- Provider will be supported by a robust staff of skilled technicians
Requirements
- Must be a Board-Certified Neurologist
- Must have an Indiana medical license
- BLS certification is required
- Fellowship trained in Neuromuscular Medicine is preferred
