### Practice Setting

• Join 1 experienced OB/GYN + 2 APPs

### Schedule

• 2.5–3 clinic days per week
• 1 dedicated surgical day
• Optional half-day Fridays for added flexibility

### Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $330K–$500K (based on experience) + productivity bonus
• $75K–$100K sign-on bonus + $10K relocation
• 33 days PTO + full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k match)
• $4,000 CME + 5 CME days
