### Compensation & Financial Package
- Base salary: $381,910 + production incentives
- Sign-on bonus: $38,000
- Relocation assistance: up to $15,000
- Loan repayment + PSLF-eligible employer
- Residents (PGY-2+) eligible for up to $24K education stipend
