OB/GYN Opportunity - Just North of Boston

Join an established women’s health program with consistent patient demand and strong team support in southern New Hampshire. This OB/GYN role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care with flexibility to shape your clinical focus. You’ll step into a practice built for long-term stability, collaborative care, and meaningful patient relationships.

Practice Overview

  • You’ll join a team of 6 OB/GYN physicians, along with midwives and APPs in a collaborative care model
  • Integrated clinic and hospital setting located within 10–15 minutes of each other for seamless workflow
  • Approximately 1,100 annual deliveries with strong referral base and steady patient volume
  • Dedicated OR block time with flexibility to focus more on OB or GYN based on your interests
  • Ability to teach current residents Schedule

  • Weekly structure typically includes 2 clinic days, 1 OR day, and 1 call day
  • 12-hour OB shifts with shared 1:8 call rotation
  • Clinic volumes average ~18 patients per day with efficient visit templates
  • Midwife team provides first-call support and inpatient triage to help balance workload

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary with additional earning potential
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
  • Full benefits package including malpractice coverage and retirement options

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
  • Interest in a mix of inpatient OB and outpatient generalist practice
  • Comfortable working in a team-based environment with midwives and APP support
