      Schedule Flexibility:

      • Choose between a 4-, 4.5-, or 5-day work week
      • Engage in a dynamic clinical and surgical setting with high patient volume
      • Clinic call only, with a 1:3 rotation among providers, and no hospital call or open globes
      • A secure 3-year agreement

      Financial Package:

      • Competitive base salary starting at $400,000 DOE, guaranteed for the first year
      • Transition to a net collections model after the first year, at 30+%
