Practice Setting:
- Join a thriving ENT practice alongside three full-time physicians
- Experience support in a patient-centered, team-based, and collaborative work environment characterized by low turnover and high patient satisfaction
- See an average of 20 patients per day
Compensation & Benefits:
- Benefit from a competitive base salary of $480,000 annually followed by a wRVU production structure
- Full comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, CME allowance, and six weeks PTO
