Practice Setting

• Procedures available in clinic setting

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM clinic and surgery
• 24-hour call with 30-minute response
• Ongoing coverage needs with flexible blocks

Cases and Procedures

• Required: Bronchoscopy, Laryngoscopy, Tracheotomy, Head & Neck
• Preferred: Thyroidectomy, Parotidectomy
• General ENT; surgical and non-surgical mix

Requirements

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology
• Active Wisconsin license or IMLC with LOQ
• ACLS and BLS certifications required

Travel Accommodations

• Flights, hotel, and rental car provided
• Nearest airport: Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA)
