Northern NJ Interventional Pain Management | Commute From NYC

An established interventional pain, spine & orthopedics private practice based in NY and NJ is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain physician to join their growing NJ team.

About the Position:
- Must be licensed and experienced practicing in New Jersey
- Highly procedure-focused role with significant patient volume
- Work closely with an experienced neurosurgeon to evaluate and work up patients for spine surgery
- Opportunity to perform advanced procedures, including cervical discectomy, endoscopic procedures, and other advanced interventional pain techniques
- Rotate among established and expanding locations in Elizabeth, Totowa, New Brunswick, and West New York
- Excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing, efficiently operated practice without the bureaucracy of a large health system

Compensation & Benefits:
- $400,000–$500,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Profit sharing beginning in year two, tied to procedures, productivity, collections, and practice growth
- Significant long-term earning potential for a high-performing physician
- Exceptional candidates with the right experience and technical skill set will be considered for higher compensation
