About PartnerCare
PartnerCare was founded in October 2020 when we partnered with Dr. Peter Jaffe of Jaffe Sports Medicine in Naples, FL, a multi-modal practice with interventional pain management, orthopedics, physiatry, and physical therapy under one roof. We have continued to expand throughout the Southeast, with over 30 locations across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
At PartnerCare, our team of physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and staff are dedicated to ensuring that patients can improve their quality of life with pain relief that involves the use of cutting-edge technology and procedures. We take a multidisciplinary approach to treating chronic pain, offering minimally invasive treatments that address the root causes of patients’ pain rather than just masking the symptoms or having to resort to costly, debilitating surgeries.
