HPM is seeking a Pain Management Physician to join our growing healthcare team! The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with physical impairments, disabilities, and both acute and chronic pain.

The Opportunity: Clinical Focus & Innovation
- Interventional Focus: Utilize advanced techniques including fluoroscopy and ultrasound.
- Clinical Variety: Assess and treat both elective and urgent pain consultations.
- Procedures Include:Epidural steroid injections & Nerve blocks, Joint & Trigger point injections, Radio-frequency ablations
- Production-Based Growth: Designed for those who desire to move into a production model where your output drives your earning potential.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Evidence-Based Care: Provide high standards of medical and interventional pain management.
- Individualized Planning: Develop and execute tailored pain management plans, including the selection of pre-anesthetic medications.
- Patient Monitoring: Conduct thorough follow-ups and monitor progress before, during, and after procedures.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate EMR documentation and timely submission of claims data.
Qualifications
- Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Certification: Board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Pain Medicine.
- Licensure: Minnesota
