As the Palliative Care Nurse, you will provide direct patient and family care through palliative care consultations, ensuring specialty services for patients with serious illness and a prognosis of one year or less who are not ready or eligible for hospice care.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates effective and ethical use of approved evidence-based palliative medicine practices in the delivery of all patient

Required Qualifications:

  • RN/APRN licensure in state of practice
  • Nurse Practitioner/CNS with prescriptive authority
  • BCLS licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • 5+ years of clinical nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years as APRN in Hospice, Palliative Care, or Oncology
  • Advanced practice palliative care certification (ACHPN)

Compensation Details

$104-156k

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $104,500 - $156,000 . Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
