Pediatric Anesthesiologist – $50k Sign‑On + $15k Relocation

TMC Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist with a focus on Neonatal or Pediatric Care to join our growing anesthesia team. Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship training is helpful but not required. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a high‑acuity environment with strong interdisciplinary support. Positions are available with or without overnight/weekend call.

Working Hours

• Clinical role aligned with pediatric and neonatal surgical caseload
• Optional overnight/weekend call depending on candidate preference
• Schedule coordinated with OR and perioperative service needs

Job Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric patients
• Perform pre‑operative evaluations and develop anesthesia plans
• Manage intraoperative and post‑anesthesia care
• Collaborate with surgeons, neonatologists, intensivists, and perioperative teams
• Participate in optional call rotation
• Support quality improvement and evidence‑based practice
• Contribute to resident and student education
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

• Advanced pediatric and neonatal anesthesia skills

• EMR proficiency

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Anesthesiology
• Pediatric anesthesia experience or interest
• Fellowship preferred but not required
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
