Availability - Ideally a minimum of 1 week a month, but 1 week every 2 months may be okay.

License - Facility is open to physicians needing a license. Trauma - Level 1, Level 4 NICU

Model - Supervision Model Cases - All Cases except Cardiac

Ages - Pediatrics Only

Hours - 7:00AM - 3:00PM or 7:00AM - 5:00PM - 8's or 10's

Requirements:

• Board-Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology
