We’re seeking dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNPs) to join our well-established, accredited team of providers who are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to infants, children, and adolescents. Our services include both well-child visits and sick visits, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference at every stage of a child’s development.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care, including history, physical exams, and age-appropriate assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans, order and interpret labs or imaging, and make referrals as needed.
- Prescribe and manage medications and treatments.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and child development.
- Partner with an in-house team of allied health professionals for comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and follow-ups clearly and accurately.
- Contribute to a supportive, team-based environment while maintaining reliable attendance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an approved Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program.
- Valid Arizona R.N. license.
- Valid Arizona Nurse Practitioner certificate.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferred: Pediatric experience is a plus—new graduates are welcome to apply!

Compensation Details
$110-155k
