POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive psychiatric care through evaluations, diagnoses, individualized treatment planning, and medication management, as well as offering crisis intervention when needed. This position emphasizes patient education and advocacy, helping patients and their families understand conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies while ensuring their needs are supported within the healthcare system and the broader community.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing. High school diploma required.
- Experience: Experience working in substance use is preferred but not required.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or PMHNP-BC).
- Additional Requirements: A thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS, DHS, State Regulations, and Federal Regulatory Standards. Complete TB testing, Drug Screening, and Background check upon being hired.

Compensation Details
$120-165k
A fair and transparent pay structure that reflects your skills and contributions, with an uncapped earning potential. Our medical providers make an average of $165,000 on our base plus RVU (Relative Value Unit) model.
