Practice Overview

• Join a busy, self-pay cosmetic surgery practice alongside Dr. David Robbins and an experienced clinical team
• Diverse case mix includes breast augmentation, mastopexy, abdominoplasty, liposuction, gynecomastia, and facial rejuvenation * Build your case mix and the practice YOU want!
• Onsite AAAASF-certified surgical suite with two recovery bays, advanced equipment, and no hospital call
• Fully integrated with Coachlight Clinic & Spa; #1 provider in Iowa for Botox, fillers, and laser treatments - HUGE referral base!

Schedule

• Full-time cosmetic surgery practice with complete autonomy over your schedule * Ramp-up at a pace that is comfortable for you
• No ER coverage, no insurance billing, and no hospital or trauma call
• Dedicated team of PAs, RNs, and surgical assistants supporting pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
• In-house marketing team and streamlined EMR system to optimize patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary for the first two years with collections model - whichever is higher!
• Partnership with equity ownership model - $1M+ opportunity * Percentage of collections: 35% (years 1–2), 40% (years 3–5), 45% (year 6+)
• Sign-on bonus; 6 weeks PTO; CME and full benefits; relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Plastic Surgery
• Fellowship training and/or demonstrated expertise in aesthetic breast and body procedures
• Patient-centered, collaborative mindset with interest in long-term partnership and practice growth
• Eligible to buy into practice equity after two years (CPP model with annual dividends)
