Our continuum includes ambulatory medication management; individual, family, and group therapy; Mobile Crisis Services; and Community Crisis Stabilization (short-term stabilization unit). What You’ll Do (Full-Time PMHNP):

  • Provide urgent and scheduled access to mental-health and substance-use services.
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and implement biopsychosocial treatment plans, including medication management.
  • Deliver team-based, continuum-of-care coordination across ambulatory, crisis, and stabilization programs.
  • Offer screening and access to MOUD (medications for opioid use disorder).

Schedule:

  • CBHC hours: Mon–Fri 8a–8p; Sat–Sun 9a–5p
  • Must be available to cover until 8p two days per week
  • May provide daytime and some weekend coverage for Community Crisis Stabilization

Qualifications:

  • Current MA Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license
  • Current DEA and MA Controlled Substance registrations
  • Active PMHNP board certification
  • Candidates should have at least 3 years of PMHNP experience
  • Spanish proficiency strongly preferred

Compensation Details

$145-185k

We will reimburse for: licensure, MCSR, DEA, CME training costs, and professional society dues. We also provide fully paid malpractice insurance, 5 CME days, and 28 days of PTO.
