    Chesapeake Urology is the largest urology practice in Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic region. The practice currently supports 77 urologists, 3 pathologists, 5 radiation oncologists and 32 advanced practice providers (“APPs”) in the MD/DC market.

    About the Pod / Goal

    In 2023, the practice is actively seeking a full-time urologist for its Eastern Shore division, with offices in Salisbury (primary), Berlin, MD and Seaford, DE. Chesapeake considers the opportunity in the Eastern Shore to be extremely compelling as a result of (a) hands-on partnership with the physician and existing APPs and (b) compensation potential as a result of the organization's bonus plan.

    Compensation Details

    $100-150k

    Chesapeake's starting salary ranges between $100K - $110K depending on experience & clinical capabilities. However, the organization offers a productivity bonus based on RVU generation that has recently generated anywhere from $10-$50K of incremental APP bonuses. The Salisbury pod has been extremely successful with its APPs and the bonuses have historically been in the middle or higher-end of the range.
