Practice Setting:

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Support includes 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 NP/PA, and office staff
• On-site procedures and hospital consults
• Must supervise 1 advanced practice provider
• Volume: 20 patients per shift

Schedule:

• Scheduled clinical hours + beeper call
• Only 1-2 weeks per month — choose what works for you
• Call ratio 1:1 with minimal callbacks (5%)
• 30-minute call response required
• Block coverage preferred — consecutive shifts available

Procedures and Cases:

• General urology, ureteroscopy, TRUS, prostate biopsies, cystoscopy

Requirements:

• Board certified or eligible in Urology
• Active Virginia license required
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Must be available for night call and hospital consults
