The Department of Radiology at Los Angeles General Medical Center is seeking clinical faculty in Diagnostic Radiology for the following subspecialities – Abdominal, Cardiothoracic, Emergency, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, Women’s, Nuclear Medicine. In addition to clinical services, candidates will be involved in trainee education, research, and other creative endeavors. 

Position Requirements

  • Candidates must have an MD, DO or equivalent degree.
  • Candidates must be board-certified or board eligible in Interventional Radiology (IR) and Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Candidates must have or be eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the Medical Board of California.
  • Candidates must have a current/pending California Fluoroscopy license.
  • 100% IR position with some diagnostic interpretation of one of the nations’ largest teaching hospitals at a single site, which is conveniently located on a medical campus adjacent to downtown Los Angeles.
  • Opportunities to participate in multidisciplinary conferences, quality initiatives, and hospital committees.

  • The IR team will run a clinical IR service responsible for all image-guided procedures performed by the LAG Department of Radiology, performing procedures across the full spectrum of Vascular and Non-vascular Interventional Radiology
