Step into a thriving, high-volume clinical IR practice at Ascension's flagship hospital in Indiana. We are seeking a dynamic physician to join our specialized team delivering cutting-edge, minimally invasive care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. We are a full service clinical IR practice that provides cutting edge, minimally invasive procedures in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. This is accomplished via our robust inpatient consultation service and our thriving outpatient clinic model.
* Join an established team of 5 physicians and 6 APPs
* Call structure: Will be q5 for primary and q20 for back up for vascular surgery partner for non- vascular cases
* Employed position within a nonprofit health system
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Intervenional Radiology
* Eligible for Indiana state medical licensure and DEA registration
* Deliver compassionate medical care and treatment to patients within the assigned clinical area.
* Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients utilizing advanced clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.
* Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
* Pure Interventional Focus: 100% clinical IR. Zero diagnostic radiology reading responsibilities.
* Unmatched Clinical & Administrative Support: Practice at the absolute top of your game. You will be supported by 4 highly skilled APPs who manage daily rounding, clinic flow, and minor vascular/non-vascular interventions.
* Additionally, 4 full-time dedicated nurses handle procedural scheduling, patient calls, and follow-ups, ensuring your day runs seamlessly.
* Elite Team Structure: Join an established, highly collaborative group of 4 Interventional Radiologists and 1 Vascular Surgeon. We operate on a shared productivity model with vascular surgery, fostering a culture of true partnership rather than competition.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
