IR | 6-Month Block | Rockville, MD | Exceptionally Light Call-Back

The Blueprint:

• The Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM daytime routine, plus call coverage.
• The Rotation: Full week blocks (Monday 8 AM to the following Monday 8 AM).
• Daytime Volume: Stable, manageable pacing with roughly 10–15 procedures a day on the hospital side, or 8–13 in the outpatient center.
• Scope of Practice: Bread-and-butter IR mix including joint aspirations, specialty consults, thyroid biopsies, vascular ultrasounds, lumbar punctures, and dialysis grafts.
• Remote Reading: Less than 10% of the role involves remotely reading vascular and CTA studies for a sister facility.

Logistics & Contract Info:

• Start Date: August 31st.
• Duration: 6 months (excellent continuity).
• Requirements: Board Certified in Radiology / IR, with a clean file for efficient credentialing.
