Interventional Radiologist - Locums

Specialty: Board Certified Interventional Radiologist/ Any State License

Client: VA Medical Center

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Schedule/Shifts Times: Monday – Friday, 8:00-am – 4:30pm

Call Requirements: Average 1:3 call rotation

Patient Ages: adults Type of Charting: EMR – CPRS

Procedures:

Physician(s) shall be responsible for providing Interventional Radiology procedures, including, but not limited:

Arterial diagnostic & interventional (PTA, stents, thrombolysis, embolization, TACE, stent grafts, foreign body removal) Venous diagnostic & interventional (TIPS, thrombectomy, filters, portal vein embolization, venous access) Venous access procedures (tunneled/non-tunneled catheters) Additional IR procedures per ACR guidelines

Requirements:

Board Certified BLS, ACLS, DEA (Must be fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology)

Reason for Need: staff shortage Additional Info: any State License

· Full-scope Interventional Radiology procedures per ACR guidelines

· Moderate sedation competency required

· MRI and fluoroscopy safety compliance required
