The Otolaryngology Residency at Mayo Clinic Arizona provides superior surgical and medical training in all areas of otolaryngology – head and neck surgery. The program mission is to train highly competent and capable otolaryngologists. The faculty have subspecialty expertise in head and neck surgical oncology, microvascular free tissue transfer, neurotology, laryngology, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery, pediatric otolaryngology, and facial trauma. The program has a 100% American Board of Otolaryngology pass rate and is the #6 adult ENT hospital in the nation (U.S. News & World Report, 2021-2022). The residency strives to fulfill the Mayo Clinic core values, with active engagement in patient care, education, and research, and where the needs of the patient come first.
