Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program · Tampa, FL
The University of South Florida (USF) Department of Orthopaedic Surgery entered into a long term academic, research, and educational affiliation with the Florida Orthopaedic Institute (FOI) in 2015. Integration of the entities has distinguished the Orthopaedic Surgery Department in all three pillars of modern academic medicine: compassionate clinical excellence; superior educational opportunities (for medical students, orthopaedic residents, and post graduate fellows), and scientific advancement. We believe our role is to prepare orthopaedic leaders of the future as clinicians, surgeons, and investigators. This approach puts our trainees on the cutting edge of orthopaedic advancement and benefits our patients and the profession, now and for years to come. We invite you to review our websites (USF and FOI) for a more complete description of our program and faculty.
