The goal of the Zucker School of Medicine Neurosurgery Program at Hofstra/Northwell is to provide a complete and well-rounded post graduate neurosurgical training experience in which trainees are exposed to all aspects of neurosurgical care in graded fashion. We plan to graduate neurosurgeons who are competent in all aspects of clinical care, who have the highest ethical standards, and commitment to their patients, and who are prepared to pursue academic careers.
