The Cleveland clinic integrated plastic surgery residency incorporates a dynamic group of residents and surgeons and a large multi-specialty practice. Some of the highlights of our residency include: · Currently 19 residents and will have 24 by the year 2023 · Cases of very high complexity including a great variety of microsurgery and face transplantation · A rotation schedule very heavily weighted to plastic surgery itself · Department status for plastic surgery · Affordable living for the residents · Excellent support for the staff including mid-level providers and a full-time coordinator just for plastic surgery · Minimal fellowship intrusion · Extensive research opportunity · Excellent didactic conferences and exposure to cadaver dissection on a regular basis
