Pediatrics Residency Program · Chicago, IL
The Rush Pediatric Residency Program offers outstanding training in pediatrics. Rush graduates are exceptionally well prepared to enter primary care, a hospitalist career, or obtain a competitive fellowship. We are a medium-sized program in a large academic institution in the great city of Chicago! We serve the West Side of Chicago, and one of our core values is to recruit a diverse class which reflects our diverse community. Our size is small enough that our residents feel part of the “Rush Family” while being large enough to have the resources to provide the highest level of patient care. Our residents have opportunities to perform procedures and are taught directly by attending physicians. We also have the largest outpatient primary care clinic in the Chicago area with a very culturally and socioeconomically diverse patient population. We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment for our residents, and we are extremely proud of our innovative and effective Wellness initiatives.
