Neurology Residency Program · Buffalo, NY
The University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine Residency Training Program has a long track record of transforming great medical students into outstanding physicians, educators, and scientists. We prepare residents to triage and manage any patient who walks through our doors with a neurological problem. Residents are exposed to a high volume of diverse cases in every major neurological sub-specialty. In our medium-sized city, we see patients from all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, and our hospital system sees the highest volume of patients with stroke in the state of New York. As a result, our residents get world-class fellowship placements, year after year. Here at UB, we have the right balance of autonomy and supervision, and our culture of camaraderie helps you learn neurology well while still having fun. Our program’s future is bright, and we hope you take a careful look at what our program has to offer.
